Reflective exercise: Am I doing as much HIV testing as I might?

Think about how often you offer patients HIV tests. Could you offer more? There are many many reasons that doctors and nurses give for not doing – or not doing more – HIV tests.

What might be preventing you from doing more HIV testing?

We have collated a list of commonly cited barriers and challenges to HIV testing. You can ‘collect’ barriers or challenges that might be relevant for you. After making your selection, your list can be printed off or emailed to you to consider as you use HIV TIPs. If you've signed up to the site (sign up here) your collected barriers and challenges will be saved. When you login, you can view them on the My Account tab at the top of the page.
